About the K-Youth Programme

  • 1 Month Training by EduCity’s appointed training provider (fully funded)
  • 3 Months On-Job-Training (OJT) hosted at Uji Fesyen Boutique, Sungai Petani
  • Monthly allowance RM2,000 – RM2,500 + KWSP/SOCSO/EIS
  • Insurance & medical coverage

Apprentice Role at Uji Fesyen

Position Title: Digital Marketing & Content Apprentice (Fashion)

Eligibility Criteria

  • Malaysian citizen, aged above 18 years and below 30 years old
  • Minimum qualification: Diploma or Degree in Digital Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field
  • Strong passion for fashion, branding, and creative storytelling
  • Not previously involved in K-Youth or similar placement programmes

What You Will Learn & Do

You’ll join a real working team delivering inclusive, sustainable and export-ready campaigns across diverse communities and markets.

  • Plan, create, and publish content across multi-platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and beyond)
  • Produce short-form videos, lifestyle campaigns, and visuals for diverse segments
  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns (leads, new customers, existing & long-time customers)
  • Run interactive engagement: polls, Q&A, lives, behind-the-scenes stories; celebrate diversity across age, race, religion, culture, geography, and body types
  • Optimize Shopify listings, SEO, promotions (local & international)
  • Plan & monitor ads (Meta/TikTok/Google) with inclusive targeting
  • Market research & analysis: domestic state-level insights and export-market cultural preferences (e.g., Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia, Middle East, Europe)
  • Weekly reports on reach, engagement, leads, inclusivity impact & research insights
  • Support real events & workshops; turn them into digital campaigns
  • Respond to ad-hoc/urgent requests; collaborate with design, production & sales

Growth Expectations (Within 4 Months)

  • Lead 1–2 full campaigns end-to-end; expand domestic & international reach
  • Strengthen loyalty among new & heritage customers
  • Deliver actionable market research to support export readiness
  • Integrate slow fashion, heritage preservation & mindful consumption in messaging
