Refund Policy

At Uji Fashion Sdn Bhd, we are committed to delivering high-quality workmanship and personalized service in both our bespoke and ready-made collections. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Bespoke Order (Custom-Made)

All bespoke (custom-made) orders are crafted based on individual measurements and personalized design consultation.

  • A design consultation session (design consultation and body measurement) is required for each bespoke order, charged at RM350 per design.

    • This fee is non-refundable if the customer does not proceed with the order.

    • If the bespoke order is confirmed, the RM350 will be deducted from the final order price.

  • No refunds will be provided for bespoke orders under any circumstances.

  • No cancellations are allowed once the order is confirmed.

  • Orders are produced according to the agreed design during consultation.

  • Any changes to the design requested after confirmation are subject to additional cost and delivery impact, depending on the extra work and time required, and only if accepted by Uji Fashion Sdn Bhd.

  • If a workmanship defect is identified, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item. If verified, we will provide a suitable solution such as alteration.

2. Ready-Made Items

For ready-made items, no refunds will be issued. Exchange is only allowed under the following conditions:

  • The item received is the wrong size or the wrong item.

  • Exchange must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • If verified, you may exchange for an item of equal or lesser value, subject to stock availability.

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Order number

  • Reason for exchange

  • Supporting photos of the receipt and item(s)

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards or store credits

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper washing, or third-party alterations
