Thank you for shopping at Uji Fesyen Boutique. We are committed to delivering your premium traditional Malaysian garments with care.
1. PROCESSING TIME
- Ready-to-Wear Items: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days
- Pre-Order Items: Processing times will be specified on the product page and order confirmation
- Bespoke/Custom Orders: Processing times are confirmed during consultation and may vary based on design complexity
- Seasonal Collections (Raya): During peak seasons, processing may take 3-5 business days
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. SHIPPING METHODS & RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery destination
- Order weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping method
Domestic Shipping (Malaysia):
- Standard delivery: 3-7 business days
- Express delivery: 1-3 business days (where available)
- Local delivery options may be available for selected areas
International Shipping:
- Available to selected countries
- Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7-21 business days)
- Tracking information will be provided when available
3. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
- We currently ship to addresses provided at checkout
- P.O. boxes may have restrictions depending on courier
- Remote areas may require additional delivery time
- Some international destinations may not be available
4. ORDER TRACKING
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched
- Track your order using the tracking number provided
- Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update
5. DELIVERY
- Signature may be required upon delivery
- If you are not available, the courier will leave a notice with collection instructions
- Unclaimed packages returned to us may be subject to restocking fees
6. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees
- Customs Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
- Accurate Information: Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct to avoid customs issues
7. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos
- For lost shipments, please contact us after the estimated delivery window has passed
- We will work with our shipping partners to resolve issues
8. MULTIPLE ITEMS
- Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped separately or held until all items are ready (your preference will be confirmed at checkout)
- Bespoke items will ship separately from ready-to-wear pieces
9. ADDRESS CHANGES
- Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of order placement
- Once shipped, we cannot redirect packages
- Incorrect addresses provided by customers may result in additional shipping charges
10. SHIPPING DURING PEAK SEASONS
During Raya and promotional periods (including 11.11), please allow additional processing and delivery time due to high order volumes.
